Electric Hot Water Heaters Are Better Than Gas Sometimes |
When you need a new hot water heater you would normally buy a gas hot water heater. But in some cases your property might not have gas service, or it may be more cost affective to install a small electric water heater to be used for a hot faucet on a new sink installed inside a building such as a ware house or in an office building. A gas water heater needs a gas service and it also needs a vent pipe to exhaust the gasses to outside. There a small 6 gallon water heaters that can fit under the sink or on the ceiling for a kitchen sink or small electric water heaters that fit beneath a sink for a vanity sink to wash hands.
